If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. If the items are defective in any way we will pay for return shipping of the item. For items purchased which are not defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please get in touch with us with any issue you might have and we'll try our hardest work things out.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $10 FIRST ITEM + $3 EACH ITEM AFTER

For ALL OUR PRODUCTS we charge a flat rate of $10 for the first item in any order, followed by $3 for every item after that, to anywhere in North America. In most cases we ship using a 3rd party fulfillment company (including Amazon fulfillment), which in most cases provides the fastest service available (often with 3-5 days outside of peak Christmas season). Tracking is included.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200.00

Shipping is FREE to anywhere in North America for orders of $200.00 or more before applicable taxes.

We do NOT offer shipping outside of Canada and the United States at this time.

A NOTE ON DUTY

As we are a Canadian company, we are required to declare the customs value of all our shipments to the United States. In our experience, unless the items you are purchasing are in the hundreds of dollars, no duty will be added to your purchase price. Any duty that might arise, however, is the responsibility of the buyer.
