OUR WARRANTY

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund. If the items are defective in any way we will pay for return shipping of the item. For items purchased which are not defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please get in touch with us with any issue you might have and we'll try our hardest work things out.

WE CHARGE YOU ACTUAL SHIPPING RATES (For Orders under $100CAD)

For ALL OUR PRODUCTS we use actual shipping rates, so what you pay to ship is what we pay to ship. No upcharges or hidden costs. We use Canada Post for all our shipping, and we offer tracking on all our orders.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00

Shipping is FREE to anywhere in North America for orders of $100.00 or more before applicable duties tariffs and ,taxes.

We do NOT offer shipping outside of Canada and the United States at this time.

A NOTE ON DUTY AND TARRIFFS

As we are a CANADIAN company, we are required to declare the customs value of all our shipments to the United States. In order to make the tariffs clear, transparent, and hassle-free, we add the actual tariff/duty amounts to your bill at checkout. This will appear as a line item titled 'Duties' on the checkout page. Thus, there are no surprise costs at delivery or delays and issues in shipping your purchase to you.
